I feel honored to be able to virtually present my results in treating patients for their presbyopia after previous excimer laser surgery and share my experience in spite of my recent horseback riding accident. My preference in presbyopia correction is a lens- based solution employing CLE or RLE with asymmetric varifocal and toric multifocal optics (Teleon Surgical BV), because these IOLs have an excellent light transmission and especially in post refractive eyes significantly less optical side effects than trifocal IOLs.
